Shipping Policy

Shipping

1. Where we ship

We ship to all European Union member states, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us and we will tell you whether we can deliver.

2. Shipping rates

  • Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
  • This applies to all destinations we ship to, inside and outside the European Union.

Your delivery cost is always displayed at checkout before you are asked to pay. You will never be charged a delivery fee you have not seen first.

3. Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or Croatian public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

4. Delivery time

Once dispatched, typical delivery is 9–14 business days within the European Union. Deliveries outside the EU generally take longer; an estimate is shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather or peak seasonal volume.

Under EU consumer law, if we have not delivered within 30 days of the contract being concluded, you may ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period, and if we fail to do so you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund.

5. Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.

6. Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner outside the European Union and are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means import duties, VAT or customs clearance fees are not included in the price you pay us.

In most cases nothing further is charged. Occasionally, however, the destination country's customs authority may levy import VAT or a handling fee before the parcel is released. Any such charge is set by that authority, is not collected by or paid to us, and is the responsibility of the recipient.

If you are ever charged an unexpected import fee, contact us with the paperwork and we will look at it with you rather than leave you to it.

7. Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was not accepted, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply.

8. Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for your rights in these cases.
